Do you ever wake up and just feel like you have no energy …. But there is still so much to be done. You can eventually get out and do the school run, walk the dog and do that bit of shopping you need, but as soon as you get back you just wanna sit down or lay down and relax. But in the back if you’re mind you can’t relax because there is hoovering, polishing and housework to be done but it’s just finding that energy, it’s like a vicious circle because you can’t find the energy to do the task’s but at the same time it’s them task’s that you see and it annoys you and gets you down 😩😞 #hatemess #noenergy
Finding Motivation
One of the daily struggles while suffering with mental health, finding the motivation everyday.
To get up, get showered, get dressed, eat breakfast and do the housework can all just seem a bit much from day to day. If I get up early and get myself showered and dressed I know I’m onto a more positive day, but sometimes when you sit back and think about everything that needs doing even the little task’s just seems a bit to much.
Someone once said to me try to think of one task at a time(but even that can be hard as so many emotions go through you’re head) and then if you get that task done be happy with yourself and be proud as that is one task completed and then try again with the next task and just think of one at a time instead of al at once. If you get more than one task in a day you know you’ve got this, and you can find the motivation and you can do the task’s that you thought you couldn’t do when you woke up this morning!
Well today is my day 🤞, I’m up, just going to get showered and ready for the day ahead. Going to take the dog for a nice walk and clear my head!
Mental Health affect’s so many people and going through it myself I know that I often feel alone even when surrounded by friend’s and family.
I just want people to know that they are not alone and there is help ! Together we’ve got this !

Feeling like you are in the wrong !
Do you ever get those days where whatever you do you just feel like you are in the wrong !
Sometimes I wonder if it’s just me or if other’s feel that way to, perhaps I overthink it to much or maybe just worry to much about what other’s think.
It could be the simplest of thing’s like uploading a picture to social media or sharing a post and worrying if it will offend anyone or what people might say back.
Well maybe that is just social media in general these days!
Sometimes we rely on it so much like to try and get out of awkward situation’s, a reason to not go somewhere, finding thing’s out first through social media instead of face to face!
Sometimes it is not all good but here i go again overthinking thing’s !

Thinking Time is Important!
Being a mum (which I love), working and trying to juggle day to day tasks, while trying to deal with mental health can sometimes become a bit to much. So I say to my fiancé I’m going to take the dog on a nice long walk and he know’s that is my thinking space. A nice long walk with the dog not only does he love the wind blowing his little ears but it also gives me the space and time I need to just gather my thought’s ready to go back home with a fresh new look at thing’s. #selflove #independent #lookafteryourself #adogisforlife
